Background:
Jeff played his senior year with the Hatfield Ice Dogs A of the Delaware Valley Hockey League (DVHL).  McKenney helped guide the Ice Dogs to the Atlantic District Semi finals, leading the team in plus/minus and the defensive corps in points.  He spent his Junior season with the Valley Forge Minutemen AAA program and earned the Most Improved Defenseman award.

Son of Karen and Kevin McKenney. Has an older brother, Andrew and younger brother, Justin. Born July 24, 1991.
