2008-09:
Highly skilled player and natural goal scorer.  Durantaye rotated through the top lines, playing in 26 games.  He finished out a solid freshman campaign with 4 goals, 10 assists, and 4 penalty minutes.  The Retrievers will be looking for more strong play from Durantaye.

Background:
Played last season with the Washington Junior Capitals of the Metropolitan Junior Hockey League (MJHL).  5th on team in scoring, tallying 15 goals and 15 assists in 40 games with the Junior Caps.  2006-07 Team Captain of the Howard County Huskies, leading them to a first place finish in the CBHL.  A 2007 The Washington Post Second Team All-Met selection and All-County for Howard County.  Competed in the Hockey Night in Boston (HNIB) showcase. 

Has a brother, Jean-luc.  Son of Melanie and Francois Durantaye.  Born March 9, 1989.
